INTRODUCTION TO

Friends of Clinks Care Farm

The Friends of Clinks Care Farm was set up in 2016 and registered as a charity in 2018.  The main aims of the charity are to promote and support Clinks Care Farm by raising funds which are then donated to the Farm. 

The Friends have been able to provide:-

2017£750Towards purchase of Boer Goats and Farm Shop Equipment
2018£8,900New Chicken Hut
2019£10,900Towards up-grade of Log Cabin and PCs for Farm Helpers

The Friends of Clinks Care Farm run a Monthly Draw and receive donations (these can be Gift Aided).  We organise and support events throughout the year which raise funds for the farm.  We always need help with these fund-raising activities – if you would like to assist please contact us!  All dates are on the web site and in the Newsletters.

The Friends of Clinks Care Farm is made up of:-

Trustees are responsible for overseeing the Charity itself.

Members are able to stand for Trustee Posts and vote at the AGM.  The quarterly Newsletter is emailed to you and we will keep you up to date by email about events and projects.

Everyone who has signed up to the charity is called a Friend.  You are eligible to take part in the Monthly Draw and can get the Newsletter via the website or a hard copy at the farm.

Trustees for 2019-2020: Linda Offord (chair), Julie Moore (treasurer) , Marion Watts (secretary) , Mel Evans, David Robertson.  Elections are held at the AGM in October.
